AC JONES

Co-Founder

AC spent four years earning a degree in molecular biology and biochemistry from Middlebury College before heading off to get a brewing degree from the Siebel Institute in the hope that people (and yeast) would take him somewhat seriously. With a prowess for design and construction, AC has quickly become our resident handyman, glycol expert, and pallet shelf installer. He loves sours and hops, and is a master beruit player.

MARINA SIDELI Director of Marketing and Events As the brewery’s marketing and events coordinator, Marina is the mastermind behind all of our events, pop-ups, and social media. If she’s not behind the bar or on her computer, you can find her adventuring in the mountains or on the river. She's a particularly incredible shredder of pow, especially with beer in hand.

SIMON FLAIM Brewer After leaving his hometown of Philly, Simon learned the essentials of making beer at Sam Adams and Cape Cod Beer. He can normally be found lugging around kegs, grain, and heaps of hops in our brewhouse, all while consuming inappropriate amounts of pub mix from the taproom snack collection. Brewing and snacks aside, he’s a big fan of ice hockey, golf, and German lagers.
