WHO WE ARE.
AC spent four years earning a degree in molecular biology and biochemistry from Middlebury College before heading off to get a brewing degree from the Siebel Institute in the hope that people (and yeast) would take him somewhat seriously. With a prowess for design and construction, AC has quickly become our resident handyman, glycol expert, and pallet shelf installer. He loves sours and hops, and is a master beruit player.
Cayla holds a degree in math, another in brewing, and another in culinary arts. She’s spent of a lot of time working as a chef, bartender, server, and manager in beer-oriented establishments across New England, and helps to run the taproom and retail side of the shop (in addition to taking charge of a multitide of administrative roles that come with running a business). She particular enjoys snuggling with Barley and drinking liters of Werewolves.
Tyler started his brewing career at Cape Cod Beer, then enrolled in the American Brewer’s Guild of Vermont, where he learned the ins and outs of engineering and brewing science. He honed that skill at Wormtown and Mystic before taking the reigns of brewing operations at Lamplighter. In addition to making excellent brews, Tyler is also an accomplished photographer, gardener, and bread baker.

The Wizards Behind the Curtain
This has been a long journey and a more arduous one than we ever anticipated, and we have not done this on our own. We are incredibly grateful for the help and support from everyone in our lives, and we couldn't have done it without the assistance of just about every single person we know. Thank you all for supporting our dreams.
