Blue Yonder Oyster Farm, located in Duxbury, will be popping up to serve up their delicious, salty, buttery, oysters. This is the best time of year for oysters!
A meadowlark is a small bird that lives amongst cattle in the plains. Meadowlark Butcher & Grocer is a whole-animal butcher shop, bringing local, pasture-raised meats to Boston in 2018. While they hunt for the right place to build their nest, they're rolling out a sausage cart serving delicious handmade sausages in a rainbow of flavors and they're stopping by our taproom on Thursday, February 1 from 6 to 9 p.m.
Our doors are open for crowler fills, flights, and full pours Tuesday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to midnight, and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. You can also find us on tap around Cambridge, Boston, and Somerville.
Our goal is to make beer that you’ve never had anywhere else (or at least that you can't find very easily), but beer that is still drinkable and enjoyable. We want to use tradition as a launching point, and add complexity and depth with our choice of yeast and ingredients. Expect to see a lot of Brettanomyces fermentations, a lot of sour, a lot of funk, a lot of hops, and a lot of fun. We hope when you see the name Lamplighter on a menu or label, you’ll have a good idea that you’re in for something creative and delicious.
