What's On Tap - August 1, 2017

Happy Tuesday, all! Alex here. Check out what’s happening at Lamp this week:

The Lion Is Loose: For our third bottled release, may we present Lion Eyes, our 100% Brett-fermented IPA. Dry, funky flavors of apple and pear have made this beer a standout in our lineup, and we’re delighted to begin offering it in 500mL bottles this week.

Roll Call: We’re cleaned out of Stardust and So Much For Subtlety cans. (Don’t cry, please.) However, we’ve got plenty of other beers for ya on draft and to-go, including:

  • Birds Of A Feather (IPA w/ Mosaic, Citra, and Columbus)
  • Éponine (Belgian blond aged in Brett-inoculated barrels)
  • Lit (double Belgian-style witbier w/ spices)
  • Sound + Vision (rotating kettle sour w/ passion fruit this time)

Growler options this week include Group Theory, Watt, Metric Systems, and Lucid Nonsense. For a full list of what’s pouring, peep the Beer page.

That’s Our Jam: Have you had a chance to stop by our Wednesday cheese night? For those that haven’t: We offer build-your-own cheese boards every week sourced from Formaggio Kitchen, complete with spreads and sides. We’re happy to share that this week, Longfellows will be joining in on the fun and providing all of those spreads for us, and well as some homemade pickled veggies! Made from scratch, from us, to you.

Aw, Shucks: The fine folks at Shuck Food Truck will be on-site this Thursday, from 6-9 p.m., to sate any chowder and lobster cravings you’ve been harboring.

Greasy Grub: This Friday marks the first of the month, so that means the Bacon Truck will be slingin’ all bacon everything from 6-9 p.m.!

Until next week,
