What's On Tap - June 6th, 2017

Hey everyone! Alex again, here to update you on what’s happening at the taproom this week:

New ’Ish: We’re releasing two new beers today! Say hello to Chief Hopper, a hoppy saison named after our favorite Hawkins, Indiana trooper. This beer features Azacca hops, which add flavors of honeysuckle and citrus to the beer’s Belgian spicy vigor.

Also hitting shelves this week is a fresh batch of So Much For Subtlety, brewed with Mosaic hops this time. It’s as massive as double IPAs get: expect deep flavors of mango and apricot, trailed by a dangerously smooth finish. Both beers will be available on draft and in cans starting today at 5 p.m.

Roll Call: Werewolves cans have herded elsewhere for now, and Yoshimi is kicked for growler fills. We still have a few cases of Sound & Vision and Cuppa, plus Watchman, Ele, and Group Theory now available in growlers. For a full list of what’s available to go in cans and growlers this week, as well as what's on draft in the taproom, head to our Beer page.

Trivia Tuesdays: We host trivia every Tuesday night from 8-10 p.m., but you probably already knew that. What you may not know is that we started serving Wicked Twisted soft pretzels that night, as well as during the weekend.

Brato Cheese Flights: We’re excited to welcome Brato Brewhouse + Kitchen to the taproom this week to serve up some grilled cheese! Chef Jonathan Gilman crafted two grilled cheese sandwich flights to match our own two beer flights, so it’ll be one cheesy affair. Brato will be in the house on Wednesday from 5-9 p.m.

Vietnamese Eats: For this week's Thursday pop-up, the fine folks at Saté Vietnamese Grill will be serving up Asian-inspired entrées from 6-9 p.m.!

Now that we’re canning twice a month, there’s plenty more on the horizon. The return of Metric Systems, possibly? More Rabbit Rabbit? Keep an eye on our event calendar (and here) for updates!

Until next week,

Cayla MarvilComment
